1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing onepagestudio.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Services Provided
OnePage Studio provides web design and development services. All project scopes, timelines, and costs will be agreed upon in a separate formal proposal or contract before work begins.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to start any project.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the site is transferred to the client.

• Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of digital design, refunds are not provided for work already completed.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client owns the visual design and content of their website. OnePage Studio retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability
OnePage Studio is not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services or the performance of a client’s website. We do not guarantee specific financial results or search engine rankings.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and branding assets in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets will result in delays to the project timeline.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
